IMPORTANT REMINDER:
As a homeowner in the Fairhills of Canterfield you are not permitted to make ANY changes to the exterior of your home and property without the consent and approval of the ARC. Projects requiring Village of West Dundee permits will not be issued by the village without proof of ARC approval. Some examples include but are not limited to decks, roofs, patios, doors, painting your home, and outside lights. If you have any questions while filling out the forms, please do not hesitate to contact any of the ARC members, they will be pleased to help you.
